1、丝瓜去掉囊和籽,是因为丝瓜煎熟后会出水,并稀释蛋液,使蛋液不容易煎成型。?5Ws#O]#j,S
2、培根有咸鲜味,下盐调味时不可太重手,否则煎蛋会过咸发苦。0hW1h/\ d3q
3、丝瓜和洋葱尽量切成细丁,太大块的话,一会影响口感,二煎成蛋饼后很容易脱落。/TFWR'H:X
4、应用平底锅来煎蛋饼,可使蛋饼厚薄度一致,容易煎得均匀。/o2m*`{(@4G
5、蛋液应分两次倒入,可避免蛋饼过厚,这样既不容易煎熟,还会外焦里生,不好吃。9a4tJ,t2w
