花生芝麻卷!

记得之前有MM 发过贵州臭豆腐的作法,调料里面提到过自制的花椒盐,受那个的启法,我就做了甜的和咸的两种花生芝麻粉,甜的拿来做面包,咸的拿来做花卷,味道都很香。这里先谢谢你了。

花生仁炒熟去皮打粉,黑芝麻也炒熟打粉,加入幼砂糖拌均即可。

将幼砂糖换成少量盐、鸡精、花椒粉、辣椒粉拌均就成椒盐味道的,除了做花卷、做葱油饼,拿来做凉菜的作料都不错的。
