材料:玉米粉50g,普通面粉50g,牛奶或水100ml,糖2勺,干酵母适量,葡萄干适量;玉米粉是粗粮,口感有点硬有点粗的,喜欢软的可以加点糯米粉,或者减少玉米粉的量就OK了!

3、光滑面团置容器中,包上保鲜膜,静置2-3小时,发酵,体积膨胀到2倍左右,用手指按下去不会回弹即可;uP @l~O M

4、取出,放台面上揉面排气,揉面使可加上向下压的姿势。面团切开,中间无气孔就OK;

5、分剂子,中间包几颗葡萄干或其他,然后搓成圆形,用牙签在周围压出花纹,中间加葡萄干当作南瓜蒂;
