周日吃红烧鱼头,主配料:鱼头、老豆腐、粉皮、蘑菇、冬笋、葱、姜、蒜头、大蒜叶、干红椒。

先葱姜蒜干椒炝锅,鱼头入锅煎,煎好后加黄酒焖一伙儿,然后加老抽、生抽,水,烧开后将豆腐、粉皮、冬笋、蘑菇入锅烧。
