印尼烤鸡[16P][转贴]

香料 : 姜, 葱(红葱会比较好), 香茅, 桂皮..
姜, 葱和香茅切碎..
桂皮磨粉..

罗望子汁..

鸡腿横划几刀, 以便入味..

姜, 葱和香茅, 两茶匙的辣椒酱,加入罗望子(50ML)汁和椰浆(300ML),盐, 黑胡椒粉,和桂皮粉搅拌成糊..

倒入鸡肉里..搅拌均匀后腌一个晚上..

第二天拿出来看看.. 椰浆凝固了, 只有新鲜的椰浆才有这样的效果..

再次搅拌均匀..

烤箱预热, 200 度.
把鸡肉放到烤盘上..

再加上一点腌料..

入烤箱200度烤15分钟后翻面再烤15分钟.. 就行了..
烤好啦

不知道放这么多椰浆会不会椰子味太浓导致腻味啊,不过看图片的话还是很有诱惑力的,而且很怀疑咸度会不会不是很够。

别的材料不说,光这新鲜椰子汁就很不好弄了,只有在海边城市可能才有机会尝试
