浓汁香菇扒白菜胆

香菇8~10朵(泡开,泡香菇水留用),虾米一把(泡开,水留用),嫩白菜心一颗,(我把外边的拿去做泡菜了,里面的留着做来吃,呵呵),日式鱼露一汤勺,老抽2汤勺,酒,盐,糖适量,还有两瓣蒜稍稍剁碎。+b1P'LA
