做法:用一块鲩鱼肉,交叉刀切成小块,放上盐、姜葱和料酒腌入味,除去姜葱,让其每块肉肉占上生粉,下油锅炸至金黄色后装盘,用番茄汁、白糖和白醋勾成芡汁淋到炸好的鱼肉上,用两片青瓜装饰即可。
