【原创自拍】这东西还能喝吗？？

[color=Blue][size=4]多年前跟亲戚买下鬼佬的酒吧，准备改建中餐馆。
在清理地窖的时候清理出几十只不同年代的红白酒。
我看这只是88年老红酒，就一直保留着。最近搬家 才想起还有这么一只酒在地库。
想请问对红酒有研究的朋友们，这二十几年的红酒还能喝吗？
或许它永远也不能打开了。。[/size][/color]

红酒他不像香槟，白兰地还有白酒，窖藏得时间不是越久越好，一般都是3-5年，红酒好坏是看酿造红酒用的葡萄好于坏。所以如果2000年的葡萄比98年的好，那2000年的葡萄酒就比98年的好。
对于老酒是否可以喝要看，闻，尝三步解决。
一看，老酒颜色变浅，虽然有沉淀，但是酒液一定要清澈不能浑浊才是可以喝的；
二闻，就如果变质了，味道就不是酒味了。有可能是醋味，烂菜叶味，甚至是酸败的味道。如果还是酒味就可以进行下一步；
三尝，老酒肯定是要有沉淀的，在倒出来时最好用一个手电筒照在瓶颈上，慢慢倒出，一旦发现有沉淀物在瓶颈出现就停止，这样沉淀物会留在瓶内。到一小杯底的量就可以品尝一下，如果还有酒味，那么，就是正常的，如果味道不对，就没有办法喝了。

红洒是非常奇怪的东西,有的红酒可以保存数十年,但是大部分红酒都只能保存二到三年,目前世界上没有标准来判断什么样的红酒可以长时间保存,只能靠专家的眼光,而且并不可靠,楼主的这些酒还是仔细检查一下的,如果保存完好,楼主就发了,能够长时间保存的红酒都是极品啊

:lol: 虽然俺不识法文，但是看cuvee的酒一般都似乎是发泡的类似香槟的，一般如果再看见有铁丝加固瓶塞的话就可以确认了。如果那样子的话就开开看看还有没有气，没有气的就直接倒掉吧:lol:

在橡木桶内没有开封的可以保存很久，像这种装了瓶的劝楼主就不要开了，留着做个纪念吧

这应该能喝，1988只是葡萄树的的年份吧。

这酒是2004年到我手中，前几个月才想起来的。。:lol:

红酒就是时间越长，味道越有口感，很不错。现在这瓶酒很贵吧，

这东西还是不够认识的啊，不过看起来好像有点年头了

我是没烟酒，酒这东西对我来说，味道都一样的，效果也是一样的，喝了就醉。:lol:

这么多红酒啊，年份还这么久，红酒的知识还真是很匮乏，不懂啊!

这要是葡萄酒，要是1988年产的，估计一瓶要几万吧？

看这年份，想必是好酒，开了喝了吧！一定好喝！
