材料:1斤左右的鲈鱼一条(也可以换成桂鱼),鸡蛋2个,葱,姜,盐,玉米淀粉适量,蛋清半个.5lPIf#Z7KSaZ

① 鲈鱼洗净,去头去尾留着备用.将鱼身一剖为二,去龙骨,将鱼肉剁成鱼泥.

⑤鱼头在前,鱼尾在后,如意鱼卷排中间.大火蒸五分钟,焖两分钟.
