已经很全了，但是看的出来是北方的包法，南方还有很多奇怪的包法~

太厉害了，原来可以这么多样式啊，只不过最好说明哪种适合水饺哪种适合蒸饺啊，弄错了可就惨了

个人感觉饺子还是褶子打的比较少好吃点，馅子多点最好了。

饺子的包法是一个家族的传承 我在工作地过冬至节 和同事们一起包饺子 来自祖国各地的同事的包法都是自成一派 而且都宣称是祖上传下来的 最后出锅吃的是形状各异大小不一的饺子 我总觉得饺子的工夫全在饺子皮上 还是喜欢山东的薄皮大馅的饺子

饺子做起来还是比较简单的，学下很快，不过馅很难搞，味道大多靠馅

包饺子容易，难得是擀皮，擀皮的速度就决定了包的速度啊。

还是传统的包法比较靠谱，其他的方法比较美观下锅煮容易烂，蒸的话比较好。
