喜欢咸的可以多放一点时候,喜欢味淡点的,少点时间。

因为我是放在冷冻室的所以时间长点。从冰箱拿出洗净,

呵呵,没做过,但是本人还是比较喜欢做菜,根据经验来看好象楼主的方法不怎么科学:E~X*c:g

原因;黄酒下水加热后会挥发,体现不出醉鸡的醉字。

大概用保鲜膜封好后蒸也许还效果好点!

楼主的做法感觉有些偏差,椒盐擦过以后应该是咸鸡的做法。而我在绍兴饭店里点的醉鸡装在一个小钵子里面,好像感觉浸在酒味很重的调料汁里面
